As from 1st April 2007, any new property is required to successfully complete an air tightness test to satisfy the Part L1A & L2A building requirements for conservation of fuel and power.

Yorkshire Air Testing conduct Air pressure tests for both residential and commercial properties to the guidelines set out in the technical standards of L1 and L2 regulations.
